Campus Flats

Campus Flats is Torrington Property's subsidiary in Durham, NH. We emphasize in off-campus student housing for the University of New Hampshire. Our communities are located within walking distance to the UNH campus in prime locations throughout the downtown Durham area. With a wide variety of student apartment types including single private units, studios, 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom units, we are able to satisfy a variety of needs.

Our student living apartments include laundry facilities on site or stackable washer/dryers. Each kitchen is fully equipped with the basic appliances. In addition, Campus Flats provides snow & trash removal, 24/7 emergency maintenance, parking, resident lounge/community/study rooms and so many more amenities!
