While checking out I realized I may possibly need another part for my personal dryer that I have been procrastinating on and when mentioning it to him regarding my experience of issues I'm having with my dryer... Daniel went above and beyond in breaking down the possibilities of what is transpiring and took the time to find the parts that is needed for me that he can see about ordering if not in stock. I didn't want to hold him up, because they were closed at this point and so I said not to worry I'll reconfirm tomorrow once I double check my model number and he took my information down to follow up with me with any information he finds on his end. I appreciated that. He is very knowledgeable and experienced.
