Dr. Rotwein earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then completed a surgical residency at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Rotwein started his practice in 1980, and he’s earned a reputation as one of the Hempstead area’s foremost established podiatrists.  
The practice has in-office diagnostic equipment and provides most treatments on site. They offer plenty of free parking, and the practice is near public transportation.
