The Couples Clinic

We do Couples Therapy different. We are not a "he said, she said" kind of agency. Instead, we teach couples how to communicate by helping them learn the skills and tools to give and receive complaints, and work towards compromise. We help couples enrich their attachment, build future goals, and help each other when they are sick, scared, or hurt. We have worked with over a thousand couples, and help them get to the bottom of what is causing the issues, and helping them make little steps to change it. We do this using cartoon video's, easy exercises, optional homework, and a safe place to communicate feelings- whether in person or online, anywhere in Ontario.
