Chef Patron & Founder Ryan was introduced to cooking at a very young age in the kitchen working alongside his dad at his own restaurant. After that, he went to London following an ITS course back in 2006. A year abroad working at Hilton Heathrow Hotel he decided to look for a bigger objection to working at one of the famous Chef in the UK Gordon Ramsay, who started as a Commis Chef in his Michelin Star restaurant Ryan never gave up since he wanted to learn and understand more the kitchen. year at Gordon Ramsay Maze in London under the Chef Patron Jason Atherton who now owns (17 upmarket restaurants across the globe), Chef Ryan ended up gaining a position as a Demi Chef, Then Maze had opened their sister Restaurant Maze Grill worked as a Chef De Partie on Pastries & Meat Section and spent six months gaining experience of high-quality meat such as Wagyu under the Chef Patron Arnaud Stevens and also some quality French Breakfast.
