Monarch Coopers Corner

At Coopers Corner, we will offer spacious Assisted Living and Mosaic by Monarch Memory Care apartments designed to achieve Well Certification. Monarch’s design-build partner, PROCON designed and is constructing a two-story, 61,373 SF new community with 72 apartments; 36 for Assisted Living and 36 for Mosaic Memory Care residents broken down into studio, large studios and one bedroom apartments. The Memory Care area of the community features a covered terrace and exterior deck with views out to the Hutchinson River Parkway, planters and a pergola. The Assisted Living will include an enclosed courtyard with a hardscape patio, fire pit, grilling station, pathways, planters and a pergola for residents to enjoy the outdoors.
