Animal Lovers Pet Salon was established in 1997 by Owner and Lead Stylist Chip Francis. We are the first dog and cat grooming salon in Chicago to perform pet grooming services in full view. We took the art of dog and cat grooming out of the "back of shop" mentality to allow our customers to observe all stages of the process. Bathing, drying, and styling can all be seen in our open view grooming salon. We are also the first to allow owners to be present and participate (if desired) in their pet's grooming. We do whatever it takes to make you and your pet as comfortable as possible while your dog or cat is being groomed. We make an effort to get to know our clients' likes, dislikes, and special needs, and our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. The result is a 90% re-booking rate, and we receive a very high percentage of customer-based referrals.
