Jon Sleeper, PA-C, Physician Assistant

Jon Sleeper, PA is a physician assistant at the University of Vermont Medical Center. His clinical interests are focused on general urology, specifically BPH, renal calculi and testosterone replacement therapy. 

He is honored and proud to be a part of the caring and dedicated health care community in Vermont—to be able to provide evidence-based care while developing lasting relationships with his patients and colleagues is the realization of a dream for him. His goal is to make every patient feel heard and to make their lives happier and healthier.
