Melvin Daniel Rivera Carrero, MD

Dr. Melvin D. Rivera Carrero, MD, practices internal medicine. Dr. Rivera earned his medical degree from San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. He completed both his internship and residency at Mayaguez Medical Center in Puerto Rico. Dr. Rivera is passionate about forming relationships based on trust and understanding and focuses on using his knowledge and interpersonal skills to help others. Dr. Rivera takes pride in being friendly, approachable and a great listener. He sees preventive care as a priority, as it can greatly improve the quality of his patients' lives. He works to provide his patients with the tools and knowledge that will empower them to make informed decisions and encourages them to actively participate in reaching their health goals.
