Yeymi Waleska De Leon, MD

Yeymi De Leon, MD, is board certified in family medicine. Dr. De Leon earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan. She completed her internship and residency at Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Dr. De Leon is a proud first generation college graduate and is passionate about providing accessible care to her valued patients in both English and Spanish. She prides herself in her compassion, patience and understanding, which allows her to connect more personally with her patients. Dr. De Leon is a firm believer in patient education and approaching decisions as a team. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, crotcheting and being a new mom! In addition to English, Dr. De Leon speaks Spanish.
