This guy is a Bum! I had a sick dog that he did not diagnosis in four office visits. The last one he charged me $513.50 two days before the dog died. This was on top of already paying about $1200 for the first 3 office visits. The worst...

Price gouging at its finest
I first want to say that in no way am I upset with the care my animals received from Dr Florian. In fact, my animals received great care by Dr Florian.
