Reliance Health and Wellness Solutions LLC was established and formed under the Nevada State Laws and headed by Jenerie Naverrte-Pak, DNP, APRN, NP-C, FNP-BC and Remeliza Navarrete Tukay, DNP, APRN, NP-C, FNP-BC.
Both founders are Doctoral prepared Nurse Practitioners with a combined 56 years of clinical experience in Primary Care, Ambulatory Care, Acute Care, Critical Care and Long-Term Care. The company provides healthcare services in different independent and assisted living facilities with memory care unit, as well as group and private homes across the Las Vegas Valley.
