The Medical Spa at North Elm: Jeffery Anderson, M.D.

Jeffery Anderson, MD, is a highly trained aesthetic physician at the Medical Spa at North Elm in Greensboro, North Carolina. He has over 30 years of medical experience and enjoys helping patients achieve the appearance they’ve longed for using his cosmetic expertise.
Dr. Anderson earned undergraduate degrees in social sciences and biology from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, and the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
He earned his medical degree from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, a suburb of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Anderson finished his medical training with residencies in the Department of General Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and the Department of General Surgery at Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Anderson has won numerous awards, including the American Medical Association’s Physician’s Recognition Award, the American College of Surgeons Residents Day Award, and the Anne Arundel County Citizens Exemplary Performance Award.
He attends continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in aesthetic (cosmetic) medicine. Dr. Anderson is a member of the Association of Emergency Physicians, Greater Greensboro Society of Medicine, North Carolina Medical Society, Society of U.S. Army Flight Surgeons, and the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr. Anderson is a retired member of the US Army and is fluent in English and Spanish. He enjoys sailing, technical scuba diving, and flying his airplane in his free time.
