Sanford Medical Genetics Laboratory

Sanford Medical Genetics provides patients and their families with education to help them understand how genetics effects medical conditions, inherited disease and disorders, the risks for getting a disease (like cancer) and the risks of passing along a genetic disorder in your family. We provide genetic counseling to people of all ages and focus on reviewing the specifics of a concern, risks of it occurring, available testing and management. We communicate all information in an easy-to-understand manner and are here to be an educational and emotional resource to patients and their families.
