Doreen M Kramer, CNM

Doreen Kramer, CNM is a Certified Nurse Midwife at CUMC currently practicing at ColumbiaDoctors Riverdale. Doreen received her BA from New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Studies and a MSN specializing in Midwifery at Columbia University School of Nursing. Her mind body approach to health and wellbeing is influenced by her Chinese heritage and prior years of experience as a Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Doula. She is passionate about supporting her patients’ physical and emotional wellness throughout their sexual and reproductive lifespans. Open-minded and curious, Doreen loves working with teens and adults of all genders and sexual orientations to provide individualized, holistic, respectful, and empowering gynecologic and obstetric care. Her areas of focus include: routine gynecology, STI prevention/treatment, family planning and birth control options, pregnancy, postpartum care, parenting support, stress management, and breastfeeding support. Outside of work she enjoys travel, being active in nature, and expressing herself creatively.
