I (Dr. "Herm") graduated from Jefferson Medical College and was introduced to Lancaster shortly thereafter. I then completed the Lancaster General Health Family Medicine Residency Program and was honored with the Society for Teachers in Family Medicine Resident of the Year award. After two wonderful years in Christian-based private practice in New Jersey, I was called to Lancaster to combine private and academic family medicine. I also serve as Managing Physician of Family Medicine Downtown and oversee the LG Health Physicians Academic Practices as Regional Medical Director. I am a past recipient of the Faculty Teacher of the Year award, and I also serve as deacon at my church.
