Anastasios Papanagnou, MD

Dr. Anastasios Papanagnou is a board-certified nephrologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Hudson Valley, specializing in the management of chronic kidney disease and failure, kidney stones, hematuria, proteinuria, other associated conditions, hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.Dr. Papanagnou has presented his research in nephrology at national medical meetings, including for the American Society of Nephrology and the National Kidney Foundation. Active in the community, Dr. Papanagnou has participated in community service events, including the BMS Family Health Center’s Keep Healthy Event in 2018 and as a medical volunteer at the New York City Marathon in 2015. He is fluent in English and Greek, and conversational in Spanish.After graduating from State University of New York at Downstate Medical School, Dr. Papanagnou completed both his residency and his nephrology fellowship at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York.
