La Cocina Patina ~ or translated is The Patina Kitchen. A refreshing take on traditional mexican flavors in the form of a Patina colored food truck.
Inspired by old family recipes and new age style, La Cocina Patina was founded out of a deep love for flavor and our heritage and a strong desire to share both through food that is fresh, delicious, and authentic. Born in 2020 as a dream and way for our family to reach yours during the pandemic. Over the past 2 years, our dream has grown into a thriving food truck that continues to share our culture and flavor with the world each day.
