Dr. Jamali has more than ten years of experience. He studied at the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Medicine in Richmond, earning his Doctor of Medicine. 

After graduation, Dr. Jamli completed an orthopedic internship at the University of California, San Diego, and an orthopedic residency at the University of California San Diego Medical Center. He completed fellowship training in joint preservation surgery at the University of Berne in Switzerland and a second fellowship in joint replacement surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston.

Dr. Jamali founded the Joint Preservation Institute following the completion of his professional training. The practice provides compassionate and technologically advanced orthopedic care. 

Dr. Jamali pioneered surgical techniques for biological hip and knee replacement.
