Alexis A. Hannigan, DPT, Physical Therapist

Alexis Hannigan is a physical therapist at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She specializes in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, spine care including rehab after spine surgery, pediatrics (including torticollis and plagiocephaly) and musculoskeletal pain. Alexis is also trained to do biomechanical evaluations for custom foot orthotics. Alexis enjoys working with athletes and runners young and old, and can provide running evaluations to help get her patients back in the game or hitting the road for their next race. She uses therapies such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and orthotics to help her patients heal.

Alexis enjoys working with patients of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. She partners with her patients to help them achieve their goals not matter how big or small.
