Partido, our restaurant features items influenced by his roots in Honolulu, HI. Educated and trained at California Culinary Academy in San Francisco his style is Euro-Pacific Rim cuisine. A lover of Italian, French and Mediterranean flavors, Chef Romulo incorporates Asian ingredients and European techniques. Hawaiian culture also is incorporated into his culinary creations. We offer full breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with craft cocktails, fine wine and San Diego’s famous local beers. Some of our specialties include our blistered shishito peppers, with calamansi, a Filipino lime, and smoked sea salt, Michelada shrimp cocktail, sashimi platters and Jidori Huli Huli chicken with Okinawa potato salad. We also feature local artisanal pastry purveyor Jolieana’s Choco Flan, Lemon Curd Cheesecake and decadent German Chocolate cake.
