K&L Custom Ammo was established in 2020 during the height of the Covid pandemic, we were struggling to find affordable quality ammunition. Kevin Smith had been reloading for over 30 years for friends and family and had established an excellent reputation for accurate long range hunting ammunition as well as handgun ammo. Kevin and Laura decided to pursue their 07 FFL to become licensed manufacturers of guns and ammunition. It is our goal to provide the highest quality ammunition and we use a wide range of commercial grade manufacturing equipment to make factory new ammunition as well as remanufactured. All of K&L Custom Ammo’s ammunition is loaded to match grade specifications, within 1/10th of a grain using the highest quality smokeless powder. This creates a more accurate and reliable ammunition.
