Rutter Family Law LLC

Rutter Family Law is dedicated to providing our clients with guidance and legal representation on matters of family law and dispute resolution. Communication between our firm and our clients is a priority. We take an individualized approach to each case and guide our clients through the available options based on their needs and requirements.

At Rutter Family Law, we also help our clients navigate matters of civil law. We will assist with issues of contract law including the preparation and drafting of contracts as well as contract review. We will help plan the disbursement of an estate including the formation of wills and trusts.

With an office located in downtown Geneva, we work with many families who live in Aurora and Chicago. Rutter Family Law serves clients in a number of Illinois counties including Kane, DuPage, Cook, McHenry, DeKalb, Kendall, Will, and Grundy.
