EMBW is the first integrated housing hub for men newly released from correctional facilities in San Joaquin County Jail, Federal Bureau of Prisons, and/or the Corrections Department Parole Office or any man returning to San Joaquin County from other state correctional facilities to help him rebuild his life and re-enter our communities with confidence and a sense of spiritual guidance.
