Penn Women's FIRST Clinic

The Penn Women's Fully Integrated Rectovaginal Symptom Team (FIRST) Clinic located in Penn Medicine Washington Square is a single multidisciplinary location that addresses colorectal, gastrointestinal and urogynecological issues, including defecatory disorders, prolapse and incontinence, in a single convenient location.
While certain conditions require colorectal, gastrointestinal and urogenital co-management, Penn Women's FIRST Clinic patients have the opportunity to be evaluated by all three specialist providers at one location. After the initial multidisciplinary assessment, patients are assigned a point person for care and follow-up.
