Welcome to the office of Dr. Marshall Fleer and his great staff, conveniently located in East Brunswick, New Jersey.

It has been our privilege to serve your family, friends and neighbors for over 20 years. We are proud of our beautiful smiles and our fantastic patients. Our goal is to create a friendly, fun environment, all the while providing our patients with the highest quality care using the latest state-of-the-art technology, such as Invisalign® (system of clear trays) in combination with the impression-free iTero ® system, digital radiography, ceramic braces, as well as traditional braces.

Dr. Fleer is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He has been recognized as a Top Dentist (Orthodontist) in the New Jersey Monthly survey of New Jersey dentists and named a Best of the U.S. Dentist (Orthodontist). Many of our local dentists have had or are having their children treated in our office. Our office is actively involved in our community. We continue to trade T-shirts for bags of food for our office "Fight Hunger, Help Feed New Jersey" campaign.

While we are a busy office (thanks to the continued confidence and support of our patients and their families), we recognize that every patient has different treatment needs.
