Hi there, I'm Leslie ~ I help people like you find relief from pain and injuries. I practice a gentle and highly effective form of bodywork called John Barnes Myofascial Release. (MFR for short.) I work with your body to help eliminate the straight jacket of fascial restrictions causing pain and limiting movement. MFR therapy is safe, gentle hands on therapy that gives lasting results. As a Licensed Massage Therapist for over a decade, I exclusively offer MFR.
