My approach to Health and Wellness has always been more of a holistic approach. I find it imperative to assess each Patient as an individual and determine the true root cause or causes in order to identify a disease process from a nutrition standpoint. I truly believe that food is information to every cell inside our body and the information that you give your body can either fuel disease or fight it. I love being able to provide education to patients which gives them the power to make wise decisions that ultimately will impact their entire life in a positive manner. My approach to nutrition will always be patient centered and I am thankful to have an opportunity to provide guidance, education and motivation for life change.
