We specialize in buying distressed homes at a significant discount, and renovate and resell them to retail home buyers and landlords.

Founded in 2021, Tera Wright and Leo Corum wanted the opportunity to revitalize neighborhoods in their area and encourage homeownership. Through the years, they developed a solid foundation of business and entrepreneurial skills.
