Megan Lykke, MD

Empowering patients to live their best life and increase their health and her dynamic approach to promoting overall health and wellness with her patients is one of Dr. Megan Lykke’s professional passions. In addition to being a primary care physician, she is also passionate about teaching, inspiring, and mentoring the next generation of medical providers traversing the ranks behind her.

Dr. Lykke currently teaches medical students on the Western Slope through the University of Colorado. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine and Liaison for the Western Slope Rural Program at CU. This fills her proverbial bucket but also contributes to the adding and keeping physicians in rural Colorado.

Dr.Lykke is award-winning for her contributions to care and teaching. She really enjoys mountain biking and hiking with her family when she has time away from work. What may surprise you about her is that she is deeply interested in fiber arts like spinning, knitting, and weaving. Ask her about it sometime. Maybe at your next health check-up appointment
