We perform indoor air quality testing services for residential and commercial clients to evaluate the air quality in their homes and offices. We can test the air to evaluate levels of mold, bacteria, formaldehyde, asbestos, chemical vapors, tobacco smoke, mercury vapors, soot, pesticides, PCB's, crystalline silica, and ionizing radiation.

We also perform mold inspections, XRF lead paint testing, lead dust testing, asbestos testing and surveys, and water testing for metals, bacteria, and legionella.

Our company and inspectors possess all of the required local, state, and federal licenses to conduct such inspections. Our inspectors are LEED AP Certified, and include chemists and industrial hygienists. Our company is licensed and insured, and all our work is guaranteed.

We serve all five boros of NYC, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties, Southern Connecticut, and east New Jersey.
