LetYouKnow, Inc. (LetYouKnow) is a startup tech company with its current headquarters in downtown Seattle, WA. LetYouKnow created an online e-commerce buyer-to-seller matching platform that facilitates new car transactions in the United States. LetYouKnow's buyer-to-seller matching platform relies on its patented technical method to rank buyer and seller pairs to identify successful outcomes. New car dealerships in LetYouKnow's dealer network anonymously price and list new cars on the LetYouKnow dealer portal, while simultaneously new car buyers build their new car, select the desired search radius from their zip code and name their own prices using LetYouKnow's trademarked signature tool, LetYouKnow®. Submitted prices are then iterated inside LetYouKnow's matching engine, as it ranks sellers and buyers to identify positive matches] If there is a match, then buyers prepay a portion of their price and their matched dealership is only revealed once their new car is reserved. New car buyers then complete their new car transaction at the matched dealership. If the price is not accepted, the buyer is not charged for their failed price bid and can try again. LetYouKnow uses a reverse auction process, specifically the Name your own price (NYOP) pricing strategy, whereby consumers name their own price for new vehicles. LetYouKnow sets itself apart from other platforms, because it serves as a sort of checkout step for new car buyers and makes it possible to simultaneously negotiate with many dealerships and buyers received an instant result once their price is submitted.
