Our Gen-Y Hitch Dealer Parts and Service Department is open daily from 8:30 until 5:30, Monday through Friday and Saturday from 8:30 to 1pm. To minimize downtime, please call ahead to schedule your appointment for the day you would like to drop off your unit. Depending on the season, our Service Department can run between 2 and 6 weeks behind for repairs. When your unit is assigned a Technician, repairs will begin and if parts are needed, they can be ordered if not already on hand.
