Treatments will not only focus on hands-on techniques, they will re-introduce movement in a controlled way, to support you in regaining the confidence to move and get back to your way of life.

Being aware of your body and learning how it behaves and reacts to things like chronic pain, recent injury or long term health conditions will help you take control and manage your situation.

The aim of my work is to get you back into action and armed with self-care techniques and an understanding that will mean you aren't reliant on attending massages to 'get fixed'....instead, you book in every now and then just because it feels great!
