Jae Hoon Lee, MD

Jae Hoon Lee, MD, is board certified in family medicine with a subspecialty in hospice and palliative medicine. Dr. Lee works in the HealthCare Partners Comprehensive Care Program and is available by referral only. Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from St. George's University, School of Medicine and Medical Graduate Programs in New York. He completed his internship and residency through the University of Nevada School of Medicine Las Vegas Family Practice Residency Program. He also completed two geriatric fellowships at Kaiser Permanente in California. Dr. Lee became a physician because he enjoys helping people. Patients describe him as a good listener. Dr. Lee partners with his patients to educate and involve them in setting their health goals. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, running, and rock climbing. In addition to English, Dr. Lee has a basic understanding of Korean.
