What We Do
Excellus Home Care specializes in providing personalized home health care services for the elderly. We are dedicated to providing the care and support that will enable clients to reach their highest level of health, comfort and function while remaining in their homes. We believe in providing care that has been tailored to each client's unique needs and situation while facilitating independence and self care to the greatest extent possible.

We also work closely with Hospice to provide a calm, dignified and compassionate environment for the client and their families. The care and comfort of the client always comes first.
