Born and raised in Paris, France, from a Berber-Kabyle father and an Irish-American mother, Dr. Rosebrook spent the majority of her early life traveling back and forth between Europe and the United States. Mainly educated in the French system she ultimately attended college at La Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris and University College Cork in Ireland where she studied literature and social sciences. Following graduation, Dr. Rosebrook worked as an English teacher for three years in Paris. However, deep down inside she felt her true calling had always been medicine and so in 2003, she flew back to the U.S. on a one-way ticket, with a backpack, $1,000 and a dream of becoming a physician. Her medical journey began at the University of Pennsylvania where she completed her Post-Baccalaureate Premedical program. During that time, Dr. Rosebrook discovered osteopathy and decided to attend the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. From there, she completed a residency in Family Medicine at Largo Medical Center in Florida. Her clinical interests include the entire broad scope of family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, dermatology, psychiatry and in-office procedures. As a provider, Dr. Rosebrook is passionate about providing excellent, high-quality care to every human being she encounters as a patient while contributing to their healing and growth. Her personal philosophy of care is to do for each one what you wish you could do for everyone.“My medical training was heavily based on the osteopathic principle of the holistic approach, taking into consideration the intricate connection between the mind, body and soul of a human being. I personally have a rather interactive approach to my medical decision-making process with my patients and oftentimes I ask them directly what they would like to do, not do or what they think we should do. Together with my medical knowledge and experience, in collaboration with the patient’s perspective, we will both take part in the responsibility of their health. I will always choose what I believe is good medicine in the best interest of my patients.”When not working, Dr. Rosebrook enjoys swimming, traveling, dancing, kickboxing and spending time with her two young sons.
