Patricia G. Lapkin, MD

Dr. Lapkin is originally from north central Illinois. She attended the University of Notre Dame for undergraduate school and earned her doctor of medicine from the University of Illinois. Dr. Lapkin completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Illinois. She is board certified in both adult psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry. Dr. Lapkin has been in practice for more than 30 years.“I love SCL Health’s multidisciplinary approach to treating mental illness. I respect and admire each of my patients and their decision to seek out mental health treatment.”When not working, Dr. Lapkin enjoys anything that brings her happiness; reading and music are high on that list.
