Steven Ray, MD

Dr. Ray received his medical degree from the University of Illinois and completed a family medicine residency at Indiana University. He has bachelors degrees in English and Physiology. In addition, he did graduate studies in literature and biology. He is board certified in family medicine.Dr. Ray moved to Colorado from Illinois in 2005 with his wife and four daughters. He has a combined 20 years of experience in family medicine and urgent care. He enjoys treating patients of all ages."Throughout my time in medicine, I have felt that a friendly, personal, compassionate approach should be the foundation of providing care to patients"Dr. Ray feels that a partnership with patients, including shared decision making, is another key to a successful patient-provider relationship.When not in the office, he enjoys reading, writing, skiing, hiking and spending time with his family.
