For over a decade, Foundation Academy has been the premier basketball skill development location for student athletes across the central Virginia area. Whether it’s building beginning players from the ground up or helping professional players perfect or acquire a new skill to complement their game, Foundation Academy Basketball is committed to teaching the correct techniques, and providing each player with the knowledge to help them become the best version of themselves on the basketball court. Now fielding our own AAU basketball program, we have given our athletes the platform to not only learn the proper individual skills and techniques and become a more dynamic athlete, but to also learn the game in an organized team setting while competing against quality AAU opponents from all over the country.
