Dara Facciani

Dara Facciani, ATC, PA-C is a member of Summit Health’s Orthopedics and Sports Medicine team. Prior to joining Summit Health, she worked as a member of several athletic departments. She was an athletic trainer at Drew University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and the University of Miami, and most recently was an athletic administrator at Oak Knoll School.<br />

Ms Facciani has been involved in sports since she was child. “I was constantly battling injuries from various sports and was thankful to have a healthcare team help me get back into action.” She adds, “Helping patients return to their active lifestyle is a very rewarding aspect of being a physician assistant.”<br />

Ms. Facciani is member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants (NJSSPA), the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), and the Athletic Trainers’ Society of New Jersey (ATSNJ).<br />

When she is not working with her patients, Ms. Facciani enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with her family.
