Dr. Shyamani and the team values the importance of preventive care to reduce risk factors for cardiovascular disease and other chronic health issues. Preventive screening technologies, including electrocardiograms (EKGs) and echocardiograms, are available on-site to identify early signs of heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic conditions.
 
The team also provides sleep studies to identify the underlying cause of sleep disturbances and insomnia that may be a side effect of chronic diseases. For those at risk for colon cancer, the practice offers Cologuard® testing and referrals for colonoscopy. Shah Medical Center also provides annual physical exams to evaluate your overall health from year to year.
