Einstein II is next generation workforce management solutions built with AI based technology. It is an intelligent, cloud-based internal workforce deployment and vendor management solution that reduces reliance on premium labor through overtime, premium incentive pay and agency.

Einstein II comes with two modules, focused towards management of the workforce, especially for the healthcare professionals niche. Through its two principal modules, Einstein II can either (or both) manage and deploy internal resource pools (IRP) and serve as a complete vendor management system (VMS). As a result, Einstein II can consolidate management of the total contingent workforce into a single system that can get better utilization out of an organization’s own resources before resorting to agency, and then fully manage whatever agency-related labor is required.
