Philip W. Smith, MD, FACS

Dr. Smith, board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS) and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), specializes in trauma and surgical critical care. Dr. Smith joined University Surgical Associates in 2004. Dr. Smith has office hours at the Erlanger Medical Mall on Monday (1 – 4 pm) and Wednesday (1 – 4 pm), and performs surgery at Erlanger Hospital and the Plaza Surgery Center at Erlanger. Dr. Smith is an associate professor in surgery, Department of Surgery, for the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga.
