He and his team provide transparent, responsive communication throughout the loan process, so his clients can feel informed and confident.

Josh specializes in a wide variety of mortgage loans, including purchase and refinance transactions, doctor and dentist loans, and portfolio products. Although he is focused primarily on Wisconsin-based customers, he can help finance homes in 48 states. Josh’s favorite part of working in the mortgage industry is seeing the happiness of his clients when they close on their new home or when they save money through a refinance.

In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his daughter, bowling, and observing financial markets and human behavior. The advice he would give his younger self is, “Be patient; there is plenty of time. Help others more.”
