Therapy For Life LLC

When life happens in unexpected ways, sometimes professional help is needed. I am a caring professional with experience in working primarily with children, adolescents and families. I also provide services for adults, both individual and group therapy. During our time together you will find emotional safety within the confines of a therapeutic relationship to explore life challenges. I have worked in a variety of settings including schools, agency and also provided in-home therapy for children and families in crisis. I have experience in treating those with depression, anxiety, trauma related issues/PTSD, grief, interpersonal issues and school related issues.
Although my approach to therapy is varied, my focus is on the evidence based use of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, trauma and solution focused therapies. However at the core of my work is building a solid, honest and professional working relationships with the goal of helping to bring healing and wholeness.
I believe that effective therapy prepares people to be able to function better and live their best life. There should be no shame in seeking therapy or having that desire. Therapy is for Life, because life is for living. I look forward to working with you and your loved ones.
