The Company was floated on AIM in November 2004 under the name of Mavinwood plc. In 2010, Charles Skinner, former Chief Executive, changed the company's name to Restore plc and focused on expanding its UK market share in document management and related office services. This continues today under the new leadership of Charles Bligh, CEO.
