Rachael Leigh Joyner, DNP, FNP-BC, APRN

I decided to become a nurse practitioner after I met several nurses changing lives in Africa and Latin America while working as a grant writer in my early 20s. I am originally from South Florida and speak Spanish fluently. I am passionate about expanding access to care for diverse communities. Previously, I have worked in cardiology, urgent care and primary care and enjoy seeing patients of all ages. I love working collaboratively with patients to help them reach their health goals. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
