Hydro-tech Drilling and Water Systems, LLC is composed of a seasoned team of groundwater experts on a mission to provide high-quality groundwater services to Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

Led by Dean Memmo, a Navy Veteran and well-drilling expert, the team at Hydro-tech specializes in all aspects of groundwater extraction, water purification, environmental rehabilitation, and agricultural water systems.
