Located in the TriPoint Medical Center Physician Pavilion, Lake Health Physician Group Northeast Ohio Heart Associates provides care for patients with many forms of heart disease, including coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, valvular heart disease and cardiac dysrhythmias, as well as those at risk for these disorders.
